Meyer Development & Construction Services, Ltd is a private real estate investment, development and general contracting company focused on the acquisition and development of income-producing, multi-family properties. The company’s principal, Joseph E. Meyer, is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate development, finance, construction, operations, and has been actively developing and constructing remarkable multi-family apartment homes and condominium projects in Arizona and Nevada since 1988.

With and extensive track record, the Meyer Development team is currently focused on the development of new apartment home communities throughout Arizona, including our most recent concept featuring a portfolio of rental townhomes developed as family-friendly, intimate communities. With an emphasis on quality design, superior amenities, high functioning floor plans, and desirable locations, Meyer Development continues to consider new site acquisitions on a targeted basis when investment fundamentals are aligned with our investor’s objectives.

Our operating portfolio is 98% leased and our newest Arizona portfolio addititions, San Junipero Townhomes in Tucson and San Luciano Townhomes in Marana are scheduled to open in late 2023 and early 2024, respectively. In addition, Uptown Commons, a 252-unit Class A apartment home community in the Uptown Chandler District in Chandler, is planned to begin construction by the end of 2023. With a successful track record of developing over 10,000 residential units in 10 cities, the Meyer team has consistently provided housing that stands the test of time, with superior service, and a focus on making resident-living environments the best place to call home.


SERVICES

Meyer Development & Construction Services, Ltd provides general real estate and development consulting services, including: valuation analyses, project programming, project budgeting and financial underwriting, project entitlement, owner’s representative, and expert witness services. Clients include the Arizona Department of Transportation, DMB Associates, and several non-profit and charitable organizations.

With its principal active in the metro-Phoenix development and construction industry since 1998, Meyer Development has established exceptional trade relations with numerous quality architects, engineers, zoning attorneys, municipal planning agencies, and subcontractors. These valuable relationships enable it to leverage local experience to better assist its clients and achieve their project objectives.

Meyer Development provides exceptional general contracting and construction management services for multi-family, residential and small commercial projects. Typically, Meyer Development focuses on building its own affiliated investment properties. However it has also built a handful of smaller projects for a select group of clients. Its involvement in the design, pre-construction, and value-engineering process enables the Meyer team to provide its clients with timely options to meet their objectives.

With a substantial record of success, Meyer Development has established effective trade relations with numerous quality trade subcontractors and construction talent to recruit and employ experienced on-site supervision to manage daily construction activity and provide quality execution — all while conforming to budget and schedule expectations.
